Democrats are eargerly campaigning to take seats in the Virginia House of Delegates. Repbulicans currently hold the seats for:

  • District 63 - Petersburg & Dinwiddie
  • District 64 - Fort Lee & Prince George
  • District 66 - Colonial Heights & Chesterfield
  • District 62 - Hopewell & Chester

Note on Redistricting:

Many districts are changing in 2023 and 2024.

  • Petersburg will change from State Senate District 16 to District 13, which will include Petersburg, Hopewell, Dinwiddie, Prince George, and eastern Richmond.

  • Petersburg will change from State House District 63 to District 82, which will include Petersburg, Dindiddie, and Prince George.
